Kota Doriya is the name of a light woven fabric made of tiny woven squares (khat) which is still handwoven on traditional pit looms in Kaithoon near Kota in Rajasthan and in some of the surrounding villages. Kota Doriya Suits are made of pure cotton and silk and have square like patterns known as khats on them. The chequered weave of a Kota Saree is very popular for their lightweight and comfortable wear.

As we have faced many Fraud Claims in past couple of months in the Returned Products we DO NOT provide any kind of Return or Exchange unless there had been some mistake at our end.

You can reach us at info@kotadoriyafab.com to initiate replacements if a wrong/defective/damaged item is delivered to you. The customer is requested to share the product pictures clearly showing the issue.

We do not process refunds in any case.

Return Process

Our return policy is applicable within 2 days from placing the order and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product & Manufacturing defect. The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at info@kotadoriyafab.com to initiate an exchange request.

Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on info@kotadoriyafab.com from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

We will then get back to you with your Return Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organizing a pickup and 4-6 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the replacement process will get initiated.
